We've taken our annual Mastery program and expanded it to broaden the learning opportunities as well as the backround required to join. We think this unique experience is ideal for uncredentialed leaders as well as credentialed coaches looking for the next step in accreditation.
Depending on your background, goals and previous coach training, you can join us for either 75 or 125 hours of training and receive mentoring towards your chosen credential.
Cindy Muthukarapan is an internationally recognized Executive and Leadership Coach, Trainer, Coach Assessor, Mentor Coach and Program Director.
Having been involved in the Personal, Social and Professional development field for over thirty years, she brings to the table a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience in the areas of personal mastery, emotional intelligence, change management and leadership development.
She works with Leaders/Executives/Coaches to create ripples of positive change in themselves, their organizations and communities. For the past few years she has been actively and passionately involved in Coach Mentoring and Coach Evaluating, supporting emerging and evolving coaches on the Credentialing Pathway. She is Program Director of Coacharya and facilitates/trains the highly sought after Coacharya Coach Mastery Program.
On a more Local/Global approach, Cindy is passionate in Partnering with African and South African Community of Coaches in contributing to the development and advancement of the Coaching Profession, helping shape its future and create opportunities for Business, Personal and Professional Growth.
As Mentor Coach, Ram brings an accomplished 45-year career off to the helm of Coacharya. He oversees all aspects of coaching and training services offered and is responsible for creating all proprietary coaching models for Coacharya.
Ram held C-suite leadership positions for 25-years during which he turned around companies, helped a billion-dollar conglomerate, supervised multinational joint ventures, advised the governments of Indonesia and Singapore, angel invested/incubated technology start-ups, and consulted family businesses, small-to-medium enterprises, and nonprofit institutions, He stresses the principles of lean management, customer orientation and quality assurance in all facets of business.
As a leadership development coach, Ram works with groups and individuals on issues of team-building, alignment of cultural values, co-creation of vision to action plans, strategic performance issues of engagement, and coping with VUCA.
Ram has authored several books on Eastern philosophy and published articles internationally on mindless awareness in coaching. He teaches as an adjunct faculty at postgraduate programs and speaks at events related to human development. Ram’s passion is blending Eastern spiritual practices (yoga, tantra, and meditation) with Western psychological interventions (NLP, Gestalt, Positive Psychology) to enhance personal development in all aspects of work and life.
Ram and his wife, Neena, split their time between their home in Bangalore, and their grandchildren in California and Berkeley.
